Shirataki spaghetti with chanterelles
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- 33% Cream - 5 fl oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Dorbly Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms in cool water.
Step 2
Tear them by hand.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the butter and olive oil with a pinch of coarse salt.
Step 4
Add the chanterelles.
Step 5
Stir after 3 minutes.
Step 6
After 1 minute, add a little salt and reduce the heat.
Step 7
Rinse the shirataki in cold water.
Step 8
Add the spaghetti to the mushrooms and season with pepper. Mix well.
Step 9
After 2-3 minutes, add the cream and stir.
Step 10
Add the grated mozzarella.
Step 11
Add the dorbly cheese and 'bury' it under the other ingredients.
Step 12
After 1 minute, add the nutmeg, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 13
Transfer to a deep dish and serve.
