Shirataki spaghetti with enoki mushrooms
Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Enoki mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Coconut Milk - 3 fl oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chili Flakes - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Microgreens - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the garlic.
Step 2
Crush the garlic with a knife.
Step 3
Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan.
Step 4
Add the garlic.
Step 5
Chop the mushrooms coarsely.
Step 6
Place the mushrooms in the pan. Sauté for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 7
Add salt.
Step 8
Add the mixed peppers. Stir.
Step 9
Add the coconut milk.
Step 10
Add chili flakes. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 11
Rinse the spaghetti in cold water.
Step 12
Add the spaghetti to the mushrooms and mix thoroughly. Increase the heat slightly.
Step 13
After 2–3 minutes, remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
Step 14
Add chili flakes.
Step 15
Garnish with herbs and serve.
