Shirataki spaghetti with mushrooms
Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 2.1 oz
- 33% Cream - 1 fl oz
- Danish Blue Cheese - 0.9 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2
Add them to the heated olive oil (1 tablespoon) in a skillet.
Step 3
After 2-3 minutes, season with the pepper mix and stir. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 4
Add salt. Add another tablespoon of oil.
Step 5
After 5 minutes, pour in the cream.
Step 6
Add the cheese and cover with a lid. Lower the heat a bit more.
Step 7
Rinse the shirataki in cold water.
Step 8
After 2 minutes, add the shirataki. Stir.
Step 9
Cover with a lid.
Step 10
After 3 minutes, press the garlic through a garlic press and remove from heat.
Step 11
Transfer to a deep dish and serve.
