Ingredients
- Lamb - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 2.6 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 1 fl oz
- Pomegranate Seeds - 2.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the rib or fatty belly of the lamb into small pieces, place them in a pot with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sauté.
Step 2
Add the sliced onion to the cooked meat and continue frying for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
After that, pour in the fresh pomegranate juice, mix, and remove the shish kebab from the heat.
Step 4
Serve the shish kebab sprinkled with pomegranate seeds and parsley.
