Description
Shish Kebab with Crooked-Headed Lucian
Ingredients
- Sole fillets - 17.6 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Fish Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into portion-sized pieces.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Step 3
Mix the juice with soy sauce, sugar, and spices. Those who like it salty can add salt, but it is generally not necessary since we are using soy sauce.
Step 4
Combine the fish with the marinade. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 5
Rinse the skewers under running water.
Step 6
Thread the pieces of fish onto the skewers (you can alternate with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and even olives) and place them on a grill in a well-heated oven. After 5 minutes, turn the skewers to the other side.
Step 7
This shish kebab cooks in just 10-15 minutes. As soon as the pieces of fish are covered with a golden crust, remove them and serve with chilled white wine and a fresh salad. Enjoy your meal!
