Description
If you make the dressing in advance and let it sit in the refrigerator for a day (without the shrimp), it will be more homogeneous and flavorful.
Ingredients
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Banana Leaves - 1 bunch
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 5.3 oz
- Marinated cherries - 3.5 oz
- Pitted olives - 10 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese - to taste
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Malt Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard Greens - ½ teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp for 5 minutes after the water starts boiling. Add a little salt while cooking.
Step 2
While the shrimp are cooking, prepare the dressing. Pour all the ingredients into a deep bowl and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
Step 3
Once the shrimp are cooked, drain the water and add the shrimp to the dressing.
Step 4
Take the salads (are they already washed and dried? If not, wash them under cold water and place them on a towel to dry (or pat them dry with paper towels). Tear the salads by hand. I tear the arugula roughly and the lettuce more finely. Place them in a salad bowl.
Step 5
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarters depending on their size. Add them to the bowl.
Step 6
Cut the olives in half and add them to the tomatoes and salad.
Step 7
Pour the dressing with the shrimp over the top and mix by hand, just to ensure the dressing coats all the leaves.
Step 8
Finally, shave the cheese thinly using a vegetable peeler on top.
