Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 8.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Cream - ½ glasses
- Feta cheese - 0.4 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 437°F. Arrange the shrimp in ceramic baking dishes. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the olive oil. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper and sauté them, then add the crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Season, pour in the cream, and continue to simmer.
Step 2
Pour the sauce over the shrimp, sprinkle with chopped dill and feta cheese. Place a piece of cheese on top and bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
