- King Prawns - 16 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Fresh Mint - 1 bunch
- Ground ancho chili pepper - 1 piece
- Ground Cumin - 0.2 oz
- Sugar - 0.2 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.5 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 3.5 oz
- Chinese green beans - 10 pieces
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix olive oil and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Add the peeled shrimp with tails to the bowl.
Step 2
Next, prepare the sauce. In a blender, combine mint leaves, deseeded chili pepper, cumin, sugar, finely grated ginger, and the remaining lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a sauceboat, add yogurt, and mix. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Then, place the shrimp in a preheated skillet and sauté them over high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Arrange the shrimp on plates that have been prepped with green beans, finely chopped cucumber, and cilantro. Drizzle the shrimp with the yogurt sauce.
Step 5
As a side dish, you can serve steamed white rice.
