- Ocean salt - to taste
- Pickled capers - 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Mix the yeast with flour and salt, then add water and oil, and knead the dough on a floured surface.
Step 2
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in a warm place. It will rise for about 45–50 minutes. Once you notice that the dough has become fluffy and doubled in size, you will need to punch it down and let it rise again.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm, or slightly less.
Step 4
Next, spread ketchup evenly over the entire surface of the dough base and generously sprinkle with grated mozzarella. The next layer is capers and peeled royal shrimp. Arrange them evenly on top of the cheese.
Step 5
Drizzle with a few drops of olive oil, and you can also add a bit more cheese.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 392°F for 10–15 minutes.
