- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Shrimp - 17.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Red Caviar - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, place the cheese in the freezer. Next, boil the shrimp in salted water, drain in a colander, and rinse with cold water. Then peel the shrimp, using only the flesh for the salad. Leave a few for decoration.
Step 2
Grate the eggs on a fine grater, and the potatoes and frozen cheese on a coarse grater (each in a separate bowl). Then, forming a mound, layer the salad on a plate.
Step 3
1st layer — half of the shrimp, then mayonnaise.
Step 4
2nd layer — half of the eggs, mayonnaise.
Step 5
3rd layer — potatoes, mayonnaise.
Step 6
4th layer — processed cheese, mayonnaise.
Step 7
5th layer — half of the shrimp, mayonnaise.
Step 8
6th layer — half of the eggs, mayonnaise.
Step 9
Top and bottom of the mound should be decorated with red caviar, and garnish with the remaining shrimp.
