  • Green Peas - 2 tablespoons
  • Roasted Peanuts - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Feta cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, and chopped tarragon. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
