Ingredients
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- White Vermouth - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Shrimp - 7.1 oz
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the carrot, slice it into rounds, and boil it in salted water. Cool the carrot and, adding a little of the cooking water, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, blend in a blender. Mix the resulting puree with vegetable oil. Add vermouth.
Step 2
Boil the shrimp, peel them, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt.
Step 3
Slice the cucumbers into strips.
Step 4
Slice the celery into thin rings.
Step 5
Combine the cucumbers, shrimp, and celery. Dress the salad with the carrot dressing.
