Ingredients
- Fresh basil leaves - 0.9 oz
- Radicchio Salad - 1 bunch
- Watercress - 1.1 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 24 pieces
- Macadamia Nuts - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Macadamia Nuts - 5.3 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Mango - 1 piece
- Spices - to taste
- Avocado - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the radicchio into leaves, keeping only the pink ones. Cut the large leaves in half and place them in a bowl, then top with half of the basil leaves and watercress, and gently mix. Place the shrimp on top of the salad.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped nuts and sauté for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, remove from heat and pour in the lemon juice, then add the diced avocado and mango. Sprinkle with spices and drizzle over the salad. Top with the remaining basil leaves.
