Description
For those who like it a bit spicier — you can add not 3, but 4 tablespoons of sauce.
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 1.1 oz
- Safflower Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Broccoli - 1 piece
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: divide the broccoli into florets, and place the shrimp on a paper towel to pat dry and remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat, and after removing from heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the broccoli and return to heat. Stir for 1–2 minutes until the broccoli is coated with a crispy crust.
Step 3
Add the shrimp to the broccoli along with another 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry, remembering to stir. The shrimp should turn pink within 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the remaining oil and garlic chili sauce, and salt if needed. Allow the shrimp and broccoli to be coated in the sauce. To avoid drying out the dish, you can add 1–2 tablespoons of water as needed.
Step 5
Serve with boiled rice.
