- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 14.1 oz
- Chicken Broth - 4 fl oz
- Tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Chili jam - 2 tablespoons
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Snap Peas - 3.5 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add the chili paste and sauté, stirring, for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes to the skillet, pour in the broth and lime juice, and sauté, stirring, for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the peeled shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the sugar snap peas and frozen peas, sautéing, stirring, for 1 minute. Serve the cooked shrimp with boiled rice.
