Ingredients
- Shrimp - 24 pieces
- Glutinous Rice Flour - ½ cup
- Salt - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 3 teaspoons
- Peanut Butter - 16.9 oz
- Ocean salt - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails unpeeled.
Step 2
In a deep plate, mix the rice flour, salt, and 2 teaspoons of ground pepper.
Step 3
Add the shrimp and stir to coat them in the mixture.
Step 4
Shake off the excess flour from each shrimp.
Step 5
In a skillet or wok, heat the oil to very high temperature. Cook the shrimp in small batches for 2 minutes or until they are very crispy.
Step 6
Transfer the shrimp to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
Step 7
In another bowl, mix the salt and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Step 8
Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish and sprinkle with the salt and pepper mixture. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve.
