Ingredients
- Onion - ½ head
- Potato - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - a pinch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Scallions - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
- King Prawns - 15 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chopped onion and peeled shrimp are sautéed over low heat in olive oil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the tomato and bell pepper, chop the herbs, and add them to the sauté in turn.
Step 3
Season with salt, add spices, and a few peppercorns to taste.
Step 4
Simmer over medium heat until cooked through.
Step 5
Optionally, grated or chopped carrot can be added to the sauté.
Step 6
When serving, garnish the dish with lemon and fresh herbs.
