- Dorado - 2 pieces
- Capers - 2.1 oz
- Kalamata olives - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Marinated cherries - 5.6 oz
- Spanish onions - 7.1 oz
- Potato - 10.6 oz
- Basil - 0.1 oz
- Dry White Wine - 7 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Slice the onion into wedges.
Step 3
Remove the pits from the olives.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.
Step 5
Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Place on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes on the top rack.
Step 7
Meanwhile, prepare the fish. Brush it with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Transfer the fish to another baking tray.
Step 9
Arrange the capers, olives, and onion nearby.
Step 10
Pour white wine into the baking dish.
Step 11
After 20 minutes, move the potatoes to the middle rack of the oven and place the tray with the fish on the top rack.
Step 12
After another 20 minutes, take the fish and potatoes out of the oven.
Step 13
Place a fish on each plate, arrange tomatoes, olives, and capers artfully around it, and serve with roasted potatoes.
