Ingredients

  • Beef - 7.1 oz
  • Fat - 1.4 oz
  • Onion - 1.4 oz
  • Pork Neck - 8.8 oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 8.8 oz
  • Lamb Neck Fillet - 3 pieces
  • Fingerling Potatoes - 9 pieces
  • Champignons - 6 pieces
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Eggplants - 1 piece
  • Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pass the beef, fat, and onion through a meat grinder twice. Add salt and spices to taste, mix well, and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breasts and pork neck into large pieces and marinate them separately with salt and peppers. Also, marinate the lamb rack. Leave everything in a cool place for a couple of hours.

Step 3

Take a handful of minced meat and shape it into a sausage on the skewer.

Step 4

Preheat the grill and cook the meat until fully done. Grill the vegetables whole, then remove the skin from the cooked eggplant, bell pepper, and tomato. Chop them coarsely and serve as a salad, garnished with chopped herbs. Also, serve sliced red onions alongside the skewers.
