Skewered Luleh Kebab
Ingredients
- Shrimp - 12.3 oz
- Chicken Drumstick - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 2 teaspoons
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Roti - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Spanish onions - 0.2 oz
- White Balsamic Cream - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon - 0.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the tomato sauce in a container. (You can use store-bought or make it yourself: blend tomatoes with any spices until smooth.)
Step 2
Peel the shrimp from their shells, chop them into small pieces, and add them to the ground chicken.
Step 3
Combine all the ingredients in one container and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add the egg and mix again.
Step 5
Place the prepared mixture onto a metal skewer.
Step 6
Grill for 1 minute on each of the four sides. You can use an oven at 356°F (cooking will take 5–6 minutes) or a grill (8–10 minutes).
Step 7
Serve the luleh on a warmed roti. Garnish with a mixture of tomato and balsamic sauce. Add lemon and previously marinated onion. Serve at the table.
