Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick - 6 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Thyme - 3 sprigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Boiled White Round Rice - 12.7 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with a paper towel to ensure better frying.
Step 3
Peel the garlic and crush the cloves with the flat side of a knife.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 5
Sauté the drumsticks until golden brown on all sides.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Add garlic, thyme sprigs, and butter to the skillet with the chicken.
Step 8
Reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for 20–25 minutes.
Step 9
At the end, remove the thyme and garlic from the pan; they will no longer be needed.
Step 10
Serve the cooked chicken with your favorite side dish, such as rice. You can drizzle the side with a buttery sauce from the skillet.
