- Onion - 2 heads
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Fat - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the frozen meat into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, and fry in a hot pan with fat.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and slice the onion into strips, then fry in heated oil.
Step 3
Wash the tomatoes, slice them, and fry them in fat as well, then add them along with the onions to the pan with the frying meat and mix.
Step 4
Fry everything together for 2–3 minutes, then pour in boiling sour cream.
Step 5
Serve with fried potatoes and chopped parsley.
