Description

- Lean Beef - 15 oz
- Pork Mince - 15 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 0 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Bacon - 20 oz
- Butter - 0 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Milk - 0 fl oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Season the pork and beef mince with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add nutmeg.
Step 4
Add the breadcrumbs.

Add the egg

On a work surface, lay out two pieces of bacon parallel to each other, and place another piece perpendicular to them, closer to one end.

Shape the minced meat into small cylindrical patties. Place a patty on the overlapping bacon and wrap it so that the bacon completely covers the patty. Repeat with the remaining patties.
