Description
We experimented with the ingredients and came up with two decent variations of the favorite salad: 1) the same ingredients, but without bell pepper; 2) the same ingredients, but without bell pepper and tomatoes + crushed roasted almonds.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Napa Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 4.4 oz
- Smoked Chicken - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely shred the Napa cabbage.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes and bell pepper.
Step 3
Remove the skin and bones from the thighs and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 5
Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 6
Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic and cheese. Add pepper to taste if desired.
Step 7
Gently combine all ingredients with the mayonnaise dressing.
Step 8
Let it chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 9
Serve with croutons.
