Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Hot smoked pink salmon - 8.8 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 7.1 oz
  • Capers - 1.8 oz
  • Orange juice concentrate - 7 fl oz
  • Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Champagne Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Scallions - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes, peel them, and cut into small wedges.

Step 2

Wash the tomatoes, dry them, and cut into wedges.

Step 3

Remove the skin and bones from the fish. Flake the fillet with a fork.

Step 4

Mix the vegetables with the fish, add olives and capers. Lightly salt and pepper.

Step 5

Whisk the mayonnaise thoroughly with the orange juice and wine vinegar. Season with pepper and drizzle the dressing over the salad.

Step 6

Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour.

Step 7

Before serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped green onions.
