Ingredients
- Hot smoked pink salmon - 17.6 oz
- Apple Wine - 3 fl oz
- 33% Cream - 7 fl oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Turmeric - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep skillet, sauté finely chopped onion in olive oil until soft, then add white wine and let it evaporate completely. After that, pour in chicken broth and cream, add turmeric, and simmer until thickened.
Step 2
Tear the smoked fish into large flakes and mix it into the sauce. Season with pepper and salt if needed (the smoked fish adds quite a bit of salt to the sauce, so keep this in mind).
Step 3
Boil the eggs for soft-boiled (3 minutes after the water starts boiling), and serve them on a plate along with the fish stew.
