  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons

  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Hot-Smoked Muksun Fillet - 3.9 oz
  • Celery stalk - 3 pieces
  • Green Apples - 1 piece
  • Arugula - 8.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, and pepper, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2

Dry the mackerel and break it into small pieces. Add it to the dressing along with finely chopped celery and apple.

Step 3

In another bowl, toss the arugula with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
