- Beef - 14.1 oz
- Parma Ham - 3.5 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Pickled capers - 3 pieces
- Dry White Wine - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Parsley - 1 stem
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the beef, boiled potatoes, and ham through a meat grinder. Add the egg, salt, pepper, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Sauté the minced garlic, chili, and parsley in olive oil.
Step 3
Form meatballs, lightly coat in flour, and place in the pan. Fry the meatballs for 5 minutes. Then drain the oil, add the wine, capers, and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished meatballs with grated lemon zest.
