- Soy Sauce - 2 fl oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Peanut Butter - 3.5 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 1 fl oz
- Sesame Oil - 1 fl oz
- Honey - 0.5 oz
- Chili Flakes - 0.2 oz
- Soba Noodles - 12 oz
- Onion - 4 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Tofu - 8.5 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 1.6 oz
- Courgette - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, water, ginger, minced garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and chili flakes. Blend until smooth and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 3
To the bowl with the sauce, add the noodles, sliced bell peppers, chopped green onion, thinly sliced cucumber, and diced tofu. Mix well, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
