  • White Cabbage - 8.8 oz
  • Red Currant - 8.8 oz
  • Lean Beef - 8.8 oz
  • Shallot - 2.6 oz
  • Sour Cream - 7 tablespoons
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili jam - 1 tablespoon
  • Duck Fat - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Cut the bell pepper into strips.
