Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 9.5 oz
- White Cabbage - 8.8 oz
- Red Currant - 8.8 oz
- Lean Beef - 8.8 oz
- Shallot - 2.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 7 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Chili jam - 1 tablespoon
- Duck Fat - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Step 2
Shred the cabbage.
Step 3
Slice the shallots into thin strips.
Step 4
In a deep skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of fat with mustard oil.
Step 5
Add the shallots. Set to medium heat.
Step 6
Sauté, stirring, for 2–3 minutes.
Step 7
Add the bell pepper.
Step 8
Then add the cabbage.

Melt 1 tablespoon of duck fat in another skillet.

Stirring, sauté the vegetables for 5–7 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the melted fat.

Season the vegetables with salt.

Season the ground beef with salt. Sauté, stirring, for 5–7 minutes over medium heat.

Add sour cream to the vegetables.
Step 15
Add ground pepper to taste. Mix well.

Add tomato paste and chili sauce to the ground beef. Mix thoroughly. Sauté for another 3 minutes, then remove from heat and cover.

Cover the vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 18
Transfer the vegetables to a deep dish. Place the sautéed ground beef in the center and serve.
