  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 teaspoons

Step 1

Wash the sole fillet, cut it into pieces, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 2

Dredge each piece in flour, then fry in a pan over high heat until golden brown. While the fillet is frying, grate the cheese finely.

Step 3

Flip the fillet to the uncooked side, pour sour cream over it, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then place in the oven for 15 minutes (until a crust forms). It is best to serve the dish hot with fried or boiled potatoes.
