- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the fillet with salt and pepper, coat in flour on both sides, and fry in butter for 1–2 minutes.
Step 2
Place on a plate. In the same pan with butter, fry the lemon slices, add finely chopped herbs. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the fish with the herb butter and serve.
