- Orange zest - 1.1 oz
- Clove - a pinch
- Apple - 1 piece
- Turmeric - a knife tip
- Sugar - to taste
- Kohlrabi - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 stalk
- Milk - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the duck breast in a mixture of spices: salt, pepper, orange zest, and clove.
Step 2
After 1 hour, wrap the breast in a vacuum bag and place it in an oven preheated to 135°F for 1 hour.
