Description
You can use 4 baked chicken breasts without skin.
Ingredients
- Poultry - 28.2 oz
- Celery stalk - 3 stalks
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 4.6 oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 2.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - 9.5 oz
- Honey - 3½ tablespoons
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil or bake the chicken breasts.
Step 2
Toast the pecans in a dry skillet or place them in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Chop the chicken meat. Dice the celery. Coarsely chop the pecans. Combine the chicken, celery, cranberries, and pecans.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the dressing into the salad and gently mix.
Step 6
Optionally, you can add more nuts.
Step 7
Chill the finished salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
