Description
Soy Sauce Marinated Pork
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Pork Blood - 2 lbs
- Onion - 1 head
- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Starch film - 2 teaspoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoons
- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Carrot - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into pieces measuring 2x4 cm. Place in a bowl. Separate the yolks and add them to the meat. Then pour in the soy sauce. Dissolve the starch separately in a cup and add it to the meat. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably marinate the meat overnight.
Step 2
Peel and dice the onion into 2x2 cm cubes, and also dice the bell pepper. Heat the oil in a pan, first sauté the onion until golden, then add the pepper and stir constantly to prevent the onion from burning.
Step 3
Add the marinated meat to the pan with the onion and pepper along with the marinade. Sauté the meat for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
For the side dish, boil the rice. Dice the carrot and sauté in the pan until soft. Rinse the boiled rice, add the sautéed carrot, and mix.
