Spaghetti Carbonara with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 8.8 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 5.3 oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Onion - ½ heads
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms and slice them. Sauté with onions until the liquid evaporates.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into thin slices (approximately 3x3 cm each).
Step 3
Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the sautéed mushrooms with onions, salt, pepper, and spices, and simmer on very low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
At this time, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti as usual.
Step 5
Immediately melt the butter in a skillet and lightly fry the bacon in it.
Step 6
First, place the spaghetti on a plate, then add the bacon, and pour the sauce on top — serve immediately, as the spaghetti cools down quickly.
