- Parmesan Cheese - 2.8 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Bacon - 5.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
- Spaghetti - 12.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the pasta to a large pot of salted water, bring it to a boil, and cook uncovered. Once the water reaches a rolling boil again, reduce the heat so that the water continues to boil gently and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the bacon, cut into 1 cm wide strips. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain excess fat on a paper towel.
Step 3
Drain the water from the pasta and cover it with a towel to keep it warm.
Step 4
Heat the butter in a large skillet, remove from heat, add the bacon and beaten eggs, and immediately toss in the spaghetti, fragrant herbs, and grated Parmesan.
Step 5
Mix well, transfer to a warmed serving dish, and serve immediately.
