Description
You can use another type of pasta instead of spaghetti, for example, farfalle.
Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 14.1 oz
- Lean Beef - 10.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
Step 2
While the spaghetti is cooking, sauté the finely chopped onion with mushrooms and add the ground beef, simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat, then season with salt and pepper, add the tomato sauce, season with khmeli-suneli and basil, and simmer for another 20-25 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Beat the eggs well with the milk, season with salt and pepper, and pour the mixture into the previously cooled spaghetti, mixing well.
Step 4
Grease the bottom of a glass dish with butter, layer half of the pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with a layer of the cooked meat mixture and also sprinkle with grated cheese. Add the remaining pasta and sprinkle the top of the casserole with grated cheese.
Step 5
Place the casserole in a preheated oven and bake at 210-428°F for 45-60 minutes.
