For the sauce, you should find the ripest avocado possible. You can vary the amount of garlic according to your preference, but it's best to use at least one clove — otherwise, it may taste bland.

- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Fresh basil leaves - ½ bunches
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spaghetti - 8.8 oz

Step 1
Add the spaghetti to the boiling salted water, reduce the heat, and cook for 1–2 minutes less than the time indicated on the package.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. To do this, place roughly chopped garlic cloves, the juice of half a lemon, the flesh of an avocado, basil leaves, and olive oil into a blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
Step 3
