Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 10.6 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Calve "Cheesy Caesar" Sauce - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Basil - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti.
Step 2
In a skillet, pour olive oil and sauté the sliced bacon for 3–4 minutes, then add diced tomatoes (over medium heat) and sauté for 10 minutes while the spaghetti cooks.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with bacon and tomatoes, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes, then add the Caesar sauce (add more olive oil if needed).
Step 4
After another 5 minutes, the dish is ready; turn off the heat, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with a lid, and wait for the cheese to melt slightly.
Step 5
Serve in portions, garnished with finely chopped basil.
