Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 14.1 oz
- Smoked Ham on the Bone - 12.3 oz
- Whole egg - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and mince the garlic. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Add the diced ham and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Whip the cream with the egg yolks, then add the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Boil the spaghetti. Add it to the skillet with the ham. Pour in the sauce and cook over low heat until thickened, about 7–8 minutes.
