Ingredients
- Red cocktail cherry - 8.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Durum wheat - 8.8 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, drizzle with olive oil, add finely chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Warm gently over low heat and then turn off.
Step 3
Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Step 4
Add basil and grated Parmesan to the sauce, warm again, and serve the sauce with tomatoes in bowls.
Step 5
Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the sauce and soak in the remaining sauce.
Step 6
Serve in bowls with the sauce and tomatoes, garnished with a sprig of basil on top.
Step 7
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
