- Spaghetti - 2.1 oz
- Mini vegetables - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Red Caviar - 0.9 oz
- Orange zest - 0.1 oz
- 33% Cream - 2 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 0.4 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in salted water for 10-12 minutes. Cut the orange zest into thin strips and blanch in water. In a saucepan, pour in the olive oil, add the zest and cooked spaghetti, mix, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2
Blanch the prepared asparagus for 1 minute.
Step 3
Make the cream sauce. Bring the cream to a boil in a small pot, add the ricotta, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add the parmesan and spices to taste.
Step 4
Plate the dish. Pour the sauce on the bottom of the serving plate, place the pasta in the center. Garnish with asparagus, salmon caviar, and orange zest.
