Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Canned Jalapeño Peppers - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Drain the water.
Step 2
While the spaghetti is hot, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil directly into the pot. Sprinkle in ½ teaspoon of jalapeño (you can use less if you prefer less heat, or more if you like it spicier — it's a matter of taste). Gently stir with a wooden spatula for spaghetti. Cover and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the remaining olive oil into a skillet. Heat it up, add the spaghetti, and let them warm through. Gradually sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese while stirring the spaghetti vigorously. Once all the cheese is added, immediately remove from heat. Serve right away! You can also sprinkle more Parmesan on top when serving, the amount of cheese depends on personal preference)))
