Description
Depending on your mood, you can substitute the chanterelles with shiitake mushrooms. In this case, the proportions change: shiitake - 100 g, porcini mushrooms - 150–200 g. Use frozen mushrooms.

- Spaghetti - 2.8 oz
- Porcini Mushrooms - 5.3 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Parsley - ½ bunch
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Bouillon cube - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the garlic into thin slices.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces (you can use either fresh or frozen mushrooms — thaw them beforehand).
Step 3
Sauté the garlic over low heat until golden, then add the mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for about five minutes.
Step 4
Add the cream and the mushroom bouillon cube dissolved in a glass of hot water.
Step 5
Simmer until a thick consistency is achieved (about 20 minutes). Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti.
Step 6
Five minutes before the end, add salt and pepper to taste and finely chopped parsley.
Step 7
Mix the cooked spaghetti with the prepared sauce.
