Description
Attention! This is a very hearty and delicious dish, but despite the amount prepared, believe me, you will eat it faster than you expect.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 17.6 oz
- Broccoli - 17.6 oz
- 10% cream - 14.1 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Spaghetti - 14.1 oz
- Red Caviar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the salmon fillet in a pan with olive oil until cooked. Be sure to season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Boil the broccoli. Don't forget to salt the water! Drain the water and let it cool a bit. It's better if the broccoli has large green heads and small stems.
Step 3
Let the fish cool slightly, then break the fillet into small pieces, removing the bones.
Step 4
In a deep skillet, combine the salmon fillet, previously broken into small pieces, broccoli, also broken into smaller florets, season with salt and pepper to taste, and simmer for a couple of minutes, no longer. Then thoroughly mix the contents of the skillet and add the cream. The richer the cream, the tastier it will be. You can add 300 ml of cream or half a liter; it won't be worse. It's important that we end up with a creamy consistency, not a completely liquid sauce.
Step 5
Cook the spaghetti. After they are cooked, drain them, and be sure to add butter and mix.
Step 6
Now place the spaghetti on a plate, top with our creamy sauce with salmon and broccoli. Now sprinkle with grated Parmesan. And now for the garnish, which not only gives the dish a bright beautiful appearance but also significantly enhances the flavor: sprinkle the cream with red caviar and herbs. Don't sprinkle so much caviar that it forms an even layer, just like the herbs.
