- Clam juice - 7.1 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in salted water for 10–12 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce: sauté finely chopped garlic in a pan for 30 seconds, then add chopped tomatoes and simmer for 2–3 minutes. After that, add the clams and chili, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
Step 3
Drain the spaghetti and return it to the pot. Add the sauce and serve with chopped parsley.
