Ingredients

  • Durum Wheat Spaghetti - 7.1 oz
  • Carrot - ½ piece
  • Onion - ½ piece
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Spices - to taste
  • Parsley - 0.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the onion and grate the carrot.

Step 2

Boil the spaghetti, slightly undercooking them to prevent them from becoming mushy when mixed with the sauce.

Step 3

Sauté the chopped onion, grated carrot, and sesame in vegetable oil.

Step 4

Pour soy sauce and a tablespoon of water into the pan, bringing the mixture to a boil.

Step 5

Add the spaghetti to the mixture. Stir, add salt and any favorite spices to taste, and keep on the heat for a minute.

Step 6

Garnish the dish with parsley leaves.
