- Spaghetti - 2.8 oz
- King Prawns - 5 pieces
- Courgette - 2.1 oz
- Chicken Broth - 2 fl oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the chicken broth (you can use a broth cube).
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti until al dente and set aside.
Step 3
Cut the zucchini into 2 mm strips, peel the shrimp from their shells and slice them along the tail, peel the garlic clove and crush it.
Step 4
Heat a pan with olive oil and the garlic clove, add the zucchini and sauté lightly, then add the prepared shrimp and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the chicken broth, then add the pre-cooked spaghetti. Heat and simmer for a minute (if necessary, add more broth to prevent the pasta from sticking).
Step 6
Then add the butter, stirring until fully melted. Remove the garlic clove from the dish, season with salt, serve in a deep plate, and garnish with fresh basil.
