Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Stracchino cheese - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 4.2 oz
- Arugula - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried onion powder - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the tomatoes. Sauté over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Rinse the spaghetti in cold water.
Step 4
Add the spaghetti to the tomatoes. Increase the heat slightly.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Stir.
Step 6
After 2–3 minutes, add the cheese and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
Add the dried onion.
Step 8
Add the arugula.
Step 9
Mix thoroughly. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

After 5–6 minutes, transfer to a deep dish and serve.
