  • Stracchino cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 4.2 oz
  • Arugula - 0.4 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Dried onion powder - to taste

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
